Oxygen Resort – General Terms & Conditions 2026

Welcome to Oxygen Resort!

Below you will find our updated General Terms and Conditions for the year 2026. We kindly ask you to read this information carefully before making a reservation.

🏠Room Descriptions

Oxygen Resort offers various room types to suit different needs and group sizes. Each accommodation is comfortably furnished and equipped with basic amenities for a pleasant stay.

C-Type Apartment (5x5m) – USD 80 per night (Corporate & Low Season Rate)
1-bedroom apartment with private bathroom (hot/cold water),AC, Wi-Fi, TV. A fully furnished central kitchen and balcony are available.
Maximum occupancy: 2 persons
Bed options: 1 queen-size bed or 2 twin-size beds

B-Type Studio (5x10m) – USD 100 per night (Corporate & Low Season Rate)
Studio with 2 full-size beds or 1 king size bed, kitchenette, 1 bathroom (hot/cold water),AC, Wi-Fi, TV and balcony. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons 

A-Type 2-Bedroom Apartment (8x10m) – USD 115 per night (Corporate & Low Season Rate)
Fully furnished with kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom (hot/cold water),AC, Wi-Fi, TV, balcony, and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds.
Maximum occupancy: 4 persons

2-Bedroom Bungalow – USD 125 per night (Corporate & Low Season Rate)
Fully furnished with kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom (hot/cold water),AC, Wi-Fi, TV, balcony and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds.
Maximum occupancy: 4 persons

3-Bedroom Bungalow – USD 140 per night (Corporate & Low Season Rate)
Fully furnished with kitchen, living room, terrace, 3 bathroom (hot/cold water),AC, Wi-Fi, TV, balcony and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds.
Maximum occupancy: 6 persons

High Season rates:  Vary depending on seasonality and availability. Please check with us for current offers.

Corporate Rates: Valid year-round

🛏️ Extra Beds

Extra (rollaway) beds are available at USD 15 per bed per night when exceeding the room’s maximum occupancy, except in C-Type Apartments, where no extra beds can be accommodated.

🕒 Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in time: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: By 12:00 PM

Early Check-in:

• Before 7:00 AM: Full daily rate applies
• Between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM: 50% of daily rate applies

Late Check-out:

• Until 6:00 PM: 50% of daily rate applies
• After 6:00 PM: Full daily rate applies

Note: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Confirmation is only possible on the day of arrival or departure, depending on occupancy. If you wish to guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, an additional night must be booked.

📌 General Conditions

• Rates are per apartment, per night
• 10% VAT/BTW not included, 3% Facility & Service Charges and fees not included
• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Pets: Pets are generally not allowed in our accommodations. In exceptional cases, a pet may be accepted upon prior request and only in specific units. If approved, a mandatory deep cleaning fee of USD 100 – USD 150 will be charged at check-out. Pet accommodation is strictly subject to availability and management approval.

Included in the rate:

• Wi-Fi
• Use of washing machines and dryers
• Light cleaning twice a week 
• Once a week during housekeeping service change of linen and towels
• Access to swimming pools, gym, volleyball, botanical garden and squash room (for resort guests only)

Not included:

• Laundry service (USD 10 per laundry basket, Mon–Fri, request must be made before 11:00 AM)
• Extra Housekeeping USD 25(In addition to the twice-weekly light cleaning)
• Breakfast (available at Moments Restaurant located on-site)
• Airport transfer (starting at USD 65 per taxi per trip)

💳 Payment Terms

• Reservation is confirmed after a deposit of 25% of the total amount
• Remaining balance must be paid before check-in
• Bank fees are the responsibility of the guest
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or cash
• A 5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments
• In case of currency exchange differences or bank charges passed on, we reserve the right to charge the difference. Please follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid additional charges.
• Payment must be made within the agreed payment term
• If payment is not received by the due date, a 1.5% monthly interest will be charged from the due date until full payment is received.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• No Charges Apply
  • For written cancellations involving 3 rooms or less, a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice before check-in is required.
  • For written cancellations involving more than 3 rooms, a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice before check-in is required.
• Late cancellations will incur charges equal to the total number of days booked, up to a maximum of 2 weeks. 

We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance.
