C-type Apartments, Size 5x5m a $65 p/ apartment p/ night exclusive of VAT.
1-bedroom apartment with either 1 queen size bed or 2 twin size beds (max 2 persons).The C-type apartment building feature four rooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom. These apartments share a communal kitchen and living area.

A rollaway bed can be placed free of charge for up to 1 extra person. Please make sure to include this in your reservation request.

Not Allowed

Short-term bookings (< 30 days): Full refund if cancelled up to 1 week before the check-in date; otherwise, a 25% charge will apply.

Long-term bookings (> 30 days) and group bookings (> 3 rooms): Full refund if cancelled up to 2 weeks before the check-in date.

Cancelling a reservation during the stay requires:

• For short-term stays (< 30 days), a one-week notice for eligibility for a refund.
• For long-term stays (> 30 days) and group bookings (> 3 rooms), a two-week notice for eligibility for a refund.
