Deze ruimte is voorzien van de gebruikelijke audiovisuele middelen zoals een beamer, een scherm, een draagbaar geluidssysteem met 2 microfoons, een flip-over en WIFI; allemaal om uw activiteit te faciliteren.
Een kichenette en toiletten maken ook deel uit van dit arrangement. De inrichting van de vergaderruimte wordt gedaan aan de hand van de gewenste set-up.
Op aanvraag is catering mogelijk. Deze wordt verzorgd door Moments Restaurant.
